Extension of Sales Tax Return

Extension of the date for filing of Sales Tax / Federal Excise Returns for the Periods July & August, 2011 For all registered Persons.

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 74 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 and section 43 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to extend the date for filing of Sales Tax / Federal Excise returns, up to 20th September, 2011, for the tax periods July & August, 2011, for all registered persons.
